Context

A customer sells through a chain of accounts: Figentra, then the product operator, then the tenant, then the end customer. Fees and payments move through that chain. The owner’s merchant answers (mem L520–529, 2026-10-20) fix the payment modes, the fee cascade, the ledger rule and the pricing builder.

Decision

  1. Chain. The merchant chain runs Figentra, then product operator, then tenant, then end customer. It is the tenant tree of ADR 0210.
  2. Payment modes per merchant. Platform Connect with fees, bring-your-own keys, direct merchant, and B2B invoicing.
  3. Fees. Fee rules cascade down the chain. Every movement goes through the ledger, per party (ADR 0220).
  4. Pricing builder. The no-code builder is made of registered blocks. Developer-registered @PriceModel code covers the rest. Tenant data holds no expressions (mem L529; contradiction C-23).
  5. Price resolution (PR, mem L792). The precedence of price resolution belongs to the OS pricing service.

Consequences

  • A tenant cannot write a price expression, so a price is always code the platform has reviewed.
  • Every fee is traceable to the chain level that set it.

Enforcement

planned — the fee cascade test covers each payment mode; the validator rejects an expression in tenant pricing data.
