Completes 0203: this ADR holds the ladder, the add-ons, the metric and the trial. The billing provider is ADR 0203.

Context

Figentra sells several products (Academorix, Juristra, Retail OS and others) on one account. The owner’s commercial answers of 2026-10-20 night (mem L947–952, the last entries of the decision file) fix the buying unit, the metric, the ladder, and the trial. The first ladder had a Free column, and the owner’s final answer dropped it.

Decision

  1. Buying unit. A plan ladder for each product, plus shared platform add-ons on the one account (AI credits, extra storage, SSO, advanced audit, marketplace apps). Add-ons work across products.
  2. Metric. Hybrid: a platform fee per tier, plus seats for internal users only (a tenant’s end customers are never seats), plus metered usage for the cost drivers: AI credits, storage in GB, SMS, WhatsApp and email messages, automation runs, and API calls over the included amount.
  3. Tiers. Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise. There is no Free plan (memory L952, final).
  4. Ladder (placeholders, editable per product in the console). Seats, scope depth, storage, AI credits, automation runs, API rate, and the other limits are in the table below. The owner’s ladder was given for five columns; the four-column values are the accepted ladder (see open questions).
  1. Trial. A new tenant gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card. It needs email and phone verification, and one trial per organisation.
  2. After the trial. The tenant chooses a paid plan. If it does not, the tenant goes read-only. Its data is kept for 30 days and stays exportable, then it is deleted with notice.
  3. Every gate is an entitlement. Code is free, and the runtime gate reads the plan (ADR 0215). A tenant calling a feature it is not entitled to gets “requires subscription” with the upgrade path.

Consequences

  • A price page can only list what the table lists, because the tiers and limits are data in the entitlement system.
  • Read-only with a 30-day export is the end of the trial, so a tenant is never deleted without a warning and a way out.

Enforcement

planned — the entitlement table is checked against this ADR by a test; the trial state machine follows the tenant lifecycle (ADR 0210).

Open questions

  1. Settled. The four-column mapping is the accepted ladder as written: the Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise columns. Free is dropped (memory L952).
  2. Settled. Scope depth is Starter 2, Pro 4, Business 8 and Enterprise unlimited, as the ladder row above says (owner answer, “Part-D clarifications”). It replaces the earlier “Business and above unlimited” line (memory L878).
  3. Settled. Starter support is email, as the ladder column says.
